3-D Conebeam CT Imaging

3-D Conebeam CT imaging allows us to see the teeth, bone, and related oral and maxillofacial structures in a three-dimensional view. This technology is a very useful tool in diagnosing cracked teeth and locating the origins of infection and cysts in the jaw.
Conebeam CT imaging is used to plan implant surgery cases. The 3-D image, along with our implant planning software, allows us to “virtually” place the implant prior to the surgery. This technology gives us so much more information than a standard 2-D image.
